Processor state stored in the RFLAGS register.

read: Returns the current value of the RFLAGS register.
read_raw: Returns the raw current value of the RFLAGS register.
update^⚠: Updates the RFLAGS register, preserves reserved bits.
write^⚠: Writes the RFLAGS register, preserves reserved bits.
write_raw^⚠: Writes the RFLAGS register.
