Draw a fresh per-image stack jitter: a page-aligned offset in 0..=255 pages (0..~1 MiB).

The boot-time STACK_BASE_OFFSET randomizes the stack region once per boot; this adds per-process entropy on top so two processes do not share identical stack addresses (issue #62).
